TURNING CONFUSION
into CONFIDENCE

The reward for reaching retirement shouldn’t be more work. It is, though, for retirees faced with the chore of choosing health insurance.

Via Benefits cuts through the confusion surrounding health insurance, bringing clarity and value to the selection process. However, outside of the Annual Enrollment period, members seldom turned to Via Benefits for coverage education, information, or support.

Tasked with strengthening member engagement, I led a creative team through the planning, strategy, development, and launch of The Groove website, a year-round health coverage informational hub. The payoff: Member engagement and brand awareness skyrocketed while the overwhelming, excessive call volume to the service center stopped. Members now found the answers they needed online, giving them the peace of mind and confidence they deserve.

Leveraging the success of The Groove, I then spearheaded the creative development of Discover Via Benefits, the company’s newest offering and most promising revenue stream.
